The last time Texas used a black-on-orange license plate was 1955, and the two-tone blue car looks a lot like 1955 model Ford Fairlane or Crown Victoria.

Looks like the blue car is a 1955 Ford Fairlane, the yellow car a 1955 Buick Special, and the red car a 1955 Plymouth. Can't tell what the yellow car is.
